This makes the iOS port compile, link and work again and ditto for OSX.
Note to notaz - there is still something seriously going wrong with that FAME C interpreter. On most targets it just simply seems to hang during compilation time. For now this workaround (ie. reverting your 'make FAME reentrant' patch) is enough to get it back to work again on Clang/LLVM.
