Add opengl compilation flags for generic linux x86_64 and installer section. #90

I "best-guessed" this. Please check for accuracy.
The installer section needs refinement but works well with debian Ubuntu 18.04 and checkinstall.

I can't accept this because it adds hard dependency on OpenGL by default while PicoDrive's intention is to run on various old/slow hardware that often doesn't have any 3D acceleration.
