impliment inverse or tint/shade as color currently hides the definition #12

I am not sure if I really like the current method of each swatch having the color definition in the same color as the background. It would be nice to either shade/tint the text or do an inverse color.

thanks to @reidab v1 for this is to just use a tint on everything, then we can sort out a value thing later that can shade if needed.
