I had the Jirachi event loaded on my SAV before I tried to RNG manipulate a Jirachi. I saved a Battle Video in game to preserve a seed and frame. I went back to the rock in Mossdeep city and when I spoke to the woman, my game froze. This happened on cartridge and emulator. I can provide video and files if desired

Where did you make the battle record?

I prepared a team of pokemon with self destruct so I recorded it in the Battle Tower

You cannot enter the battle tower after scanning the card, it causes corruption, as I state in the video for Emerald. Please scan the card again and the issue would be resolved.
