Milestone 1

Establish an MVC framework for a clickable sprite that moves down the screen towards a tower. Sprite is killed after 10 clicks.

• Model :
  • Sprite objects - x,y coords, hit points, image
  • Tower object - x,y coords, hit points, image
• View :
  • HTML canvas - draw background, draw controls, draw objects
  • Browser input - mouse, keyboard events
• Controller :
  • Click handler - Translate mouse clicks into hits or misses. Update model with new hit point values
  • Tick handler - Triggers update events in internal game clock. Update model with new x,y positions, animations
