Use the color palette #36

I had an hour feedback session with Max after sitting in on Rosie's Usability test this morning. And noticed we weren't using the color palette I made: https://github.com/hargup/WIGI-website/wiki/Color-Palette in many instances such as attached. Please use it.

There are many issues I think are higher and lower priority than this. I trust Max to prioritize this appropriately (I also trust whomever else he might assign to prioritize these issues for you).

But personally, the weird stretching behavior of the graph as screenshot above is my biggest pain point.

@fsoong,

How to reproduce this stretching behavior? We haven't really encountered it before. As far as the use of color palette is considered, I think @hargup gave a shot to it but wasn't really successful.
