Fix broken links for modularity and optics chapter #42

While going through the documentation I found that the links were broken. These are the broken links that appear: https://note.github.io/xml-lens/docs/docs/modularity.html there is an extra docs in the path. This should fix it

Coverage remained the same at 92.891% when pulling 5d589cb06f8d4fcd0a0f14947e99aaf9e8e0f137 on scalolli:patch-1 into 35916f6a3ddd90f5499af93d3adf25f7889c0677 on note:master.
