Ability to configure cluster/database per cell #6

Would anyone want to have different cluster/database in the same Nb? No idea, but this would allow one to easily configure the cluster & nb for a notebook. All subsequent cells will have the cluster/db of the last executed cell or previous cell (no idea, lets wait for feedback/bugs)
