Allow creation of SSH Keys stored in profile #21

To be able to pull/push from different coding hosting environments (Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, etc), we need to have a SSH key created that is exclusive of notebooks.ai.

Once the user is created, and they SSH public/private key are added, they can add the key to their hosting provider and start pushing/pulling from it.
