Plugins Admin doesn't have the latest version for the available plugin #5445

Description of the Issue

The Plugins Admins is not updated with the newest versions of the plugin.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Open "Plugins Admin..." in the Plugins tab
  2. Install "Plugin Manager"
  3. Open the "Plugin Manager" and the "Plugins Admin..." and compare versions of the plugins available

Expected Behavior

It supposed to be the same version for the available plugins in both of the tabs.

Actual Behavior

The "Plugin Manager" have the latest version of the available plugins.

Debug Information

Notepad++ v7.6.4 (32-bit) Build time : Mar 6 2019 - 02:52:22 Path : E:\np++\Notepad++\notepad++.exe Admin mode : OFF Local Conf mode : ON OS : Windows 10 (64-bit) Plugins : mimeTools.dll NppConverter.dll NppExport.dll PluginManager.dll

@Loztasio See https://github.com/notepad-plus-plus/nppPluginList/commits/master. Update is also available in the PluginAdmin list, but the list is just shipped with each N++ release.

PluginManager has a faster update rate as on each start of the plugin the list is downloaded newly.
