Packages moved to AUR4 #46

New repo site coming out based on using Git (not on Github).

From AUR homepage: Starting from 2015-06-08, the Arch User Repository is being migrated to a Git-based platform. Any changes to the AUR, including package submissions, comments and votes, made after 2015-06-08 will be lost! Please use https://aur4.archlinux.org instead (which will be activated on June 8th). More information on AUR 4 can be found in the Arch wiki.

Good! A problem I noticed: when I try to update submodules, it says:

fatal: Unable to find remote helper for 'ssh+https'

For now I'll change the protocol to https, so that even users without write access can download the submodules.

We could also consider to only leave the README with the links to the new repos!
