ahahah, to avoid that number of commits, you can make changes in a new different branch and do a pull request for that branch ;-) Then, when they get merged, you'll find them in master and you can delete your temporary branch.
Anyway, I think the best thing to do now is to remove the submodules from here and only keep a README explaining where to find the AUR repos! So that we can avoid updating the SHA-1 of the submodules each time ;-)
About that... would you mind updating the README to include information for users on what package is best for them? Something along the lines of "use notepadqq-git if you want [something], use notepadqq-bin if you want [something else], etc".

@danieleds I am going to re-fork the repo in a bit so I can fix that readme and move the submodules to my other repo holding all my AUR stuff.
Apparently, I was a bit behind on merging from you. =P
