artisaninweb does not exist #202

I can' able to install sopui package facing some issue "artisaninweb does not exist and could not be created"

I am having a similar issue. I followed the installation steps, but I can't seem to use SoapWrapper anywhere. Artisaninweb\SoapWrapper\SoapWrapper is considered an undefined type.
