Language switch #10

It would be great if the addon had a language switch.
For example, i'm playing in Latvian server but i prefer the addon settings in 
English rather than the new Latvian translation which is incomplete and has 
some flaws.

So it would be nice if the user could choose between available languages. They 
are all includen in xpi nevertheless.

Other option would be to provide an individual xpi for each language.

Changing the language also changes the what the add-on is looking for... for 
example if you change the language you will also change the item list in the 
auction...
If you have any problems with the translation pm me or speak with the 
translator :)

well, there is no item list in Latvian so we don't use that function 
nevertheless :P
