What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of GCA are you using? On what browser?

2.9.0 chrome
Please provide any additional information below.

I have an old computer and that banner SERIOUSLY slows down my page load....no 
real big deal till I just lost over 300K in the auction which also would not be 
a big deal IF I could have gotten the item....I REALLY NEED to get rid of the 
banner....please inform me how to do so

ALSO when events are going on, that banner drops down into field of play and 
covers backpack when trying to move stuff there

AGAIN, THNX for the great addon and am looking forward to a fix for this and 
continued use of your AWESOME addon
