[bug] typing constantly refreshes query #33

There is an issue when typing in a note that has an embedded query. It constantly refreshes the results making it a visual nightmare, and I have to wait several refreshes for it to stop doing it.

Maybe this could be solved by providing the ability to disable automatic refresh and let the user do a manual refresh.
