Excluding own note #35

Hi there,

Thank @nothingislost for the great plugin! I use it extensively almost every day.

One question: is it possible to exclude the note that the query appears in if both share the same title e.g. Cursor_and_Percival_v_Wright_-_Remote_Zettelkasten_-_Obsidian_v1_4_13
