Please remove 0.31 and just link to NESapp #36

It's a little confusing to have an old version of NES.app on your website 
(0.31), since the NESapp 
people forked iPhoneNES at 0.01 and are about to release 1.0. Wouldn't it make 
more sense to take 
down 0.31 and just link to NESapp (as you're doing now), and provide iPhoneNES 
0.01 as an 
experimental "base" code for developers? I wonder how many people are running 
0.31 because they 
think it's the latest version.
