Add text to the FAQ page to explain tenant limits #24

This directs customers to either file a support ticket or contact sales@notifi.network in order to set up a contract.
Also replace integrations@notifi.network with either sales@notifi.network or the JIRA helpdesk throughout the docs.

I reviewed this copy with Sam, and she approved it, while pointing out the need to change from integrations@notifi.network to sales@notifi.network.
