Precondition:

1. game is installed and run
2. match is started

STR:

1. choose Phoenix as an agent
2. start the round
3. Press button "E" to use Phoenix "Hot Hands" on yourself

Expected result:

Phoenix "Hot Hands" heals himself for 50HP

Actual result:

Phoenix "Hot Hands" heals himself for 25HP

Postcondition:

1. leave match
2. exit game
