How to airdrop to people with cw20 token

I. Task description

For a chain, to airdrop to people, you add their accs to genesis file to airdrop. What will be the mechanism for airdropping cw20 token to people.

Need a mechanism for people to claim airdrop based on missions finished. Such mechanism will be coded in wasm contract.

Already air drop to juno account testnet. Right now, we're using the snapshot file. It will be output when taking a snapshot of the user's task process later on

• provide juno address
