Client on Project sheet needs to be driven from external team #757

Good pick up on this @danielmok Before issue #640 was resolved the client that appeared on the project sheet came from Phases > Client. Now this field has 'disappeared' but the project sheet is still fetching the client from there.

The client for the project sheet now needs to come from External team (perhaps could use a tag)?
