ESD Certifications not appearing on Project Sheet #759

ESD Certifications don't appear on project sheets when tagged (e.g. Santos Place (Donovan Hill) B1210051)

I believe that when referring to ESD Certifications wording is important - since there are a few fields for ESD, perhaps we should check existing projects for consistency? If data people need to do this we will need a list of projects that have ESD Certifications (and we will need to know exactly how to word certifications).
