I think the 'Jury Citation' in the Awards may not be needed because all jury citations are now stored in the Quotes and it is where we can tag the quotes so that they go to the project sheet. Having the 'Jury Citation' in the Awards also confuses the custodians with the thought that the actual jury citation is missing when the jury citation is only recorded in Quotes.
