Duplicate project numbers #822

There are 33 projects that have the same project_number as another project. (Note the index will change as the database is edited).

  1. Rename each duplicate number so can be accessed via P&P in the browser
  2. Ppl to copy and/or merge info from duplicates into single project
  3. Once info is merged delete duplicate project

I am going to look into these projects and merge them together. I assume anything with ~2 is going away so I will copy everything in '~2' into the 'original' project sheet.

Thank you @DanielMok! I think there are a few Brisbane ones which may have already been signed off (B1210079, B1210082, B930401), @ryabsley if you get a chance maybe can you have a look at those ones?
