Scully plugin to use prism highlight #108

DONT MERGE YET.

I created a Scully Render Plugin to perform prism highlight during scully build step. That works great, I can also specify the languages to be supported and highlighted by prism.

I am not able yet to load plugins such as toolbar and copy-to-clipboard with this render plugin.
