Implement robust exact repeated alarm. (Might also fix timer problems on older versions. Inverstigate JobService on Android 5)
Check external storage permission problems (consider embedding PDF rendering from MuPDF, EBookDroid or native Android 5)

Implemented: Schedule next alarm if current alarm is fired. JobService is not an option, no exact scheduling. External storage not a problem. Permission is still needed because I'm using DownloadService PDF rendering moved to issue #27
