Disable Play in Progress #23

Can't quit StopGo when playback is in progress and there is no way to manually stop a playback. Would be a nice feature for when playback is too long.

The play button / spacebar now stops and starts playback.

next up, to start playback from the selected frame (unless no select frame, then start from frame 0)
