Apparently Apple Quicktime can't play our mp4 files because we're using a colour space too large for Quicktime (surely this cannot be??)

added -pix_fmt yuv420p to output. macs now play output files.

I hard this option because there's no significant disadvantage for other platforms (ie, Linux and windows can still play the files as well). If we ever have people making colour-vital movies with stopgo, we can add more flexibility (but then why wouldn't they just be grabbing the images and converting them separately?)
