No PSEUDOT language in language selection #49

After following every step, my device did not go into managed mode and there was no Pseudot language in language selection before applying the hotfix for the first time. after selecting Chinese, everything went as normal except that my device was not in managed mode.

Found the issue.

For all macOS users: Press shift+command+. in Finder to show hidden files (those need to be copied as well)

for the programmer: add this to the readme pls.
