support for other types of maps #11

It would be nice to be able to support isometric maps and other things Tiled supports. Kaboom's simple map format does not support these, so it would be a completely different setup (loading things in the correct place manually, etc.) I may want to just make a new kaboom plugin for this.

Closing this as it seems out of scope. Another plugin can handle other types of maps, as this plugin handles my usecase (top-down zelda-like, or side-scroller) pretty well.
