Issue

I've noticed several missing characters, listed below. They appear as replacement characters (boxes) in many contexts.

U+1D4F0 : MATHEMATICAL BOLD SCRIPT SMALL G U+A7AF : LATIN LETTER SMALL CAPITAL Q U+1D183 : MUSICAL SYMBOL ARPEGGIATO UP U+1D10B : MUSICAL SYMBOL SEGNO U+1D183 : MUSICAL SYMBOL ARPEGGIATO UP

U+A7AF is the most surprising, as the others are special-use astral characters, although they date from Unicode 3.1. I was surprised to see how new U+A7AF, though (unicode 11), so apologies if that character is already done/under way and simply hasn't made it out to ChromeOS yet.

U+1D000-1D300 appear to be missing (existed in May) U+1D4F0 exists for me, as of Dec 19, 2018 U+A7AF I don't know has ever existed in Noto

Multiple blocks from https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/plane/U+1D400 appear to be missing on Chrome OS.

U+1D400 - U+1D7FF Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols is also missing, along with some others on there (at least on M73 Beta channel as of March 2019.)

Have any of you opened a bug for this on https://chromiumbugs.appspot.com/ ?

Tested 1D4F0 A7AF 1D183 1D10B 1D183 usig Timos, Arimo and NotoSans . Only A7AF shows in NotoSans
