Please consider changing all sources for Noto LGC to have 3 weight masters instead of 4 #11

Assuming it's doable it would save us time and money when creating updates or additions to the Noto LGC font family

We should check the interpolation with one or even both intermediate masters removed, and we can consider keeping a brace layer in some glyphs where we definitely want to keep backwards compatibility.

@twardoch : how long would you or Denis take to create new sources with ONE (non-Regular, i.e., most likely Bold) master removed?
