Incorrect rendering in Nepali #2

The word पट्टीमा does not appear to render correctly when the language is set to Nepali. I don't speak Nepali, but it seems unlikely that the conjunct should not form, and it does in other fonts.

Having checked with a Nepali linguist, it seems it is actually correct. So closing.
