Missing capital ligatures #4

In the font the following ligatures must only activated with ZWJ key only: "Old Hungarian eK"+ZWJ+"Old Hungarian eV" (it is ligature "Old Hungarian Qu"). "Old Hungarian eK"+ZWJ +"eSZ ("ligature Old Hungarian X"), "I"+ZWJ + "eJ" ("ligature Old Hungarian "Y") and "eV" +ZWJ + "eV" ("ligature Old Hungarian W"). Ligatures above have special meanings. The all other ligatures can be defined as discrete ligatures, too. Old Hungarian.

@moyogo @marekjez86 Will be resolved this and previous issues: #1 #2 and #3 ? I know well, we all made mistakes. Nevertheless, I believe that these four issues need to be improved. ( #1 #2 #3 #4 )
