Serif: combinations with dotted circle are bad (regr 2.001 → 2.003) #16

Title

In Noto Serif Balinese combinations with dotted circle look bad, both 25CC+umlaut and umlaut alone As in 2.001 at least umlauts alone were good, I’ll put namely them. (25CC+umlaut drew two circles for some characters)

Cannot check for solution, tables are so fragile that FontForge funks them up.

  1. Write just some umlaut
  2. Laying umlauts to dotted circle is bad
  3. In 2.001 was better!

2.005: alphabetical characters work either way. Musical work w/o 25CC only (draw two circles when affixed to 25CC). AFAIR 2.004 returned to status quo, and 2.005 did nothing.
