Reported by a customer in Bali using a modified Noto Sans Balinese:

If possible, please add consonant ligature with tedong ᬵ.

FYI, here's a rendering of the combinations of consonants and gempelan with tedung in the current version 1.10 of the Ubud font, the enhanced version of Noto Sans Balinese that's included in the Balinese Font and Keyboard app:

I think this issue should be classified as a typographic enhancement rather than type-defect.

@NorbertLindenberg Please let all the consonantal candidates, along with code point and desired shape.
