Reported by a customer in Bali using a modified Noto Sans Balinese:

I like to report you a correction for the ᬮ᭄ᬮ gantungan. It should be same as ᬼ.

The text represented by the code points "1B13 1B44 1B2E 0020 1B13 1B3C" is first shown below in an erroneous state. Note that the erroneous subscript form (gantungan) of 182E is marked in red. 586-before

In the upcoming Noto Balinese font, the subscript form of 182E resembles the lower part of 1B3C, as evidenced by the following graphic: 586-after
