Third-level la needs drawing #34

We have a subjoined form of LA: (uni1B2E.sub, formed with e.g. ᬦ᭄ᬮ)

However (per #3), when la is used as the third level in a stack (e.g. ᬦ᭄ᬤ᭄ᬮ) it takes a different form, with a little fish-hook at the end (shown here in Vimala):

We need this form drawing before we can correct support third-level la.

Simon, please inform me if the third-level la is already in the source (Noto Serif Balinese source) but shaped incorrectly, or if the character needs to be added (i.e. a new character slot)? I'm semi-familiar with how Balinese works, however descerning if a character addition should be created and drawn OR if an existing character only needs redrawing is challenging considering the source file contains xx.sub, xx.sub.u, xx.sub.uu forms for most base characters.

Im trying to figure out the naming conventions for sub base forms and their levels.
