I live in Bangladesh, and sometimes have to create documents/slides with both
English and Bengali writings. But Noto font family has separate fonts for
English and Bengali.

How can I merge them together? Or if you could provide a merged font with both
English and Bengali support, that would be great.

The merge module in fonttools (https://github.com/behdad/fonttools) can help
merge fonts. There is a sample script in nototools
(https://code.google.com/p/noto/source/browse/nototools/merge_noto.py) that can
be modified to include the scripts you need to merge.
