8 months ago It seems this has been simplified by Ek Type's re-engineer; the dist rule is gone, and everything just happens with anchoring instead now.

'dist' lowers U+0956 and U+0957 after certain characters like U+0926, but they are not lowered if a nukta intervenes, which makes the vowel sign overlap the nukta.
