I checked the latest Noto Sans and Serif on this point and would like to report what I noticed.
The post included the following examples.
का़काो़
का़: U+0915(क), U+093E(ा), U+093C(़)
काो़: U+0915(क), U+093E(ा), U+094B(ो), U+093C(़)
Sorry for the lack of information, but I was hoping that the position of Nukta would be adjusted in the following examples as well.
I checked with hb-view and it was updated as desired.
When I checked with hb-view, this adjustment of Nukta has been applied not only for Santali, but also when the language is set to “default.” Is this intended?
