We received a report about the handling of U+0A40 U+0A70 (e.g. ਟੀੰ). Currently this ligates to iimatrabindiguru, but it should be a ligated form of matra+tippi.

Needs drawing, though, we haven't got one.

I have never seen tippi in this position. Maybe it is possible, but did the report include an example?
