Noto Sans Hebrew + New interpolation issue uniFB25

Font

There is an interpolation issue in the character with the unicode FB25.

Question: What is the reason for having two sets of Noto Sans Hebrew: Noto Sans Hebrew and Noto Sans Hebrew New? It looks like the fonts are almost identical.

@moontypespace : thank you for catching it; we'll fix it We actually have three Sans Designs which we try to figure out what to do with Noto Sans Hebrew New (v 3.x), Noto Sans Hebrew (v 2.x -- so v 3.00 is an error -- I need to find the right binaries and sources) and Noto Sans Hebrew Droid (v 1.x) which is used by Android... If you have any advice we'd listen :-)
