Serif Waw Holam is mispositioned #32

I would expect waw-holam to look like this, as it did in v2.001: shape

Now it looks like this: shape

Is this about the sequence <U+05D5, U+05B9>? If so, the second image is correct, with the holam directly above.

I dropped Hebrew after a year so I could be mis-remembering. I think I got confused because there is also vav+holam haser (U+05BA) which does go top-left, which we fixed in #1, and because lam-holam goes top-left.
