Light layer's bottom anchor x was very slightly, practically imperceptibly, adjusted. It was put at the same X pos as a control point that happens to be at an ideal centered position. Then the Regular and Bold weights' bottom anchors' x position, which were considerably off, were similarly adjusted the be at the x pos of the same control point in their respective layers.
Tested by regenerating ttf's via Glyphs App > File > Export, then running hb-view commands as per issue. Generated .png files show good alignment in all 3 sample weights.
