Diamond dots? #48

I came across this from Wikipedia: A Hebrew period in a traditional serif face usually looks like a tiny tilted square (a diamond; ◊). This is also true for the dot part of the question mark, and exclamation mark.

Noto Serif Hebrew does not have diamond dots and on Google Fonts there are only two fonts that I'm aware of that have this feature: image image image

Should Noto Serif Hebrew support diamonds dots? In fact, should all Noto Hebrew styles support them?

I noticed in Noto Arabic, the digit zero (٠) is a diamond in all styles (Kufi, Naskh, and Sans) even though other fonts display it as a circle (like GitHub's font). So maybe Noto Hebrew styles should also have their diamonds.

EDIT: The dots in the colon and semicolon should also be diamonds. This includes "Hebrew punctuation Sof pasuq" (U+05C3). image image

EDIT 2: The middle dot (U+00B7), bullet point (U+2022), and ellipsis as well! image image

It has come to my attention that U+0597 is a diamond in this font family. Maybe it could be used for the dots mentioned above.
