Noto Serif Hebrew does not have diamond dots and on Google Fonts there are only two fonts that I'm aware of that have this feature:
Should Noto Serif Hebrew support diamonds dots? In fact, should all Noto Hebrew styles support them?
I noticed in Noto Arabic, the digit zero (٠) is a diamond in all styles (Kufi, Naskh, and Sans) even though other fonts display it as a circle (like GitHub's font). So maybe Noto Hebrew styles should also have their diamonds.
EDIT: The dots in the colon and semicolon should also be diamonds. This includes "Hebrew punctuation Sof pasuq" (U+05C3).
EDIT 2: The middle dot (U+00B7), bullet point (U+2022), and ellipsis as well!
I came across this from Wikipedia: A Hebrew period in a traditional serif face usually looks like a tiny tilted square (a diamond; ◊). This is also true for the dot part of the question mark, and exclamation mark.
