Issue
When using the font in question, the combining marks that should fall above or to the left of letters are rendered to the right of the letter in question. This applies to both the TrueType and OpenType font files. The version of the font in the main unhinted directory (v. 1.06 uh) renders the marks correctly:
It appears the issue stems from all of the anchor points having been removed from the font, as v1.06 has a full set of anchors for each glyph, but v1.901 has none.
