Issue

The Javanese vowel modifier panyangga and the final consonants cecak and layar, when used in syllables that also contain one of the spacing marks tarung or pengkal, are incorrectly positioned on top of these marks rather than on a consonant.

Steps to reproduce

Go to: https://lindenbergsoftware.com/google/noto/java-shaping.html and look at the section “Misplaced vowel modifiers and final consonants”.

Observed results

Panyangga, cecak, and layar are positioned above tarung or pengkal.

Expected results

Panyangga, cecak, and layar should be positioned above the base consonant or above a post-base pasangan if present.
