We have "Noto Looped Thai" and "Noto Looped Lao" (and the UI variants), but the GF API onboarded the first one as "Noto Sans Thai Looped".

I applaud that change and we should do it upstream & in sources.

We took out the 'Sans' because the names became too long for Windows with all the style names. I discussed all the possibilities with Marek before we delivered.

Windows doesn't like the current build of the fonts available in this repo, is it because the font names (Postscript names) are too long? Or has some other bug been introduced? cc @marekjez86 @simoncozens

Done this for Thai, currently doing it for Lao.
